Every Zwiron workspace is an organization. You invite team members to your organization and assign them roles that control what they can see and do.

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter the email address and select a role
  4. Click Send invite
The invited person receives an email with a link to join your organization. Pending invitations are listed until accepted, declined, or they expire.

Revoking an invitation

To cancel a pending invitation before it’s accepted, click Revoke next to the invitation in the Team settings.

Changing a member’s role

Click the role badge next to any member’s name and select a new role. The change takes effect immediately.

Removing a member

Click the ··· menu next to a member and select Remove from organization. The member loses access immediately. Jobs and connections they created remain in the organization.

SSO

If your organization uses single sign-on, members can join via your identity provider without needing an email invitation. See SSO.
