Initiatives and Goals are program surfaces under Know. Initiatives are top-level strategy programs. Goals are measurable targets that nest under initiatives; progress is stored as a percentage.

Initiatives

  1. Select Know → More → Initiatives.

  1. Click New initiative to create a program.
  2. Use the Goals shortcut on the list header to jump to the Goals list.
Empty list: No initiatives yet — Create an initiative, then attach measurable goals.

Goals

  1. Select Know → More → Goals.

  1. Click New goal.
  2. Link the goal to an initiative and set progress as required by the form.
Empty list: No goals yet — Add a goal under an initiative to track progress.
