Plans

There is no free forever plan and no per-row or per-connector fees on live connectors in plan.

Hard stop vs overage

Paid plans include a monthly GB allowance. On Billing you choose what happens when that allowance is used up:
  • Before start: oversized table selections (from the connection profile) are blocked only under hard stop when they would exceed remaining included GB.
  • During sync: bytes are claimed as data is written; under hard stop the job is cancelled when the included allowance is hit.
  • Next calendar month: paid monthly quotas reset.
  • Trial: always hard-stops at 1 GB sample — policy cannot be switched until you subscribe.
Need more than the plan floor? Upgrade, enable overage, or email support@zwiron.com to raise limits in Control. Your plan also defines resource limits (agents, connections, active jobs, concurrent jobs, webhooks, team members, API keys).

Getting a plan

  1. Start with the free trial (automatic on signup — 1 GB sample cap)
  2. On Billing → Plans, subscribe to Starter (Paddle checkout in the app)
  3. For Platform or Enterprise, email support@zwiron.com

Changing your plan

  • Starter: self-serve checkout / billing portal for payment method and cancellation
  • Platform / Enterprise / higher limits: email support@zwiron.com
  • Hard stop ↔ overage: Billing → plan overview → When included data is used up
If limits are reduced and you currently use more than the new cap, Zwiron will pause resources that exceed the new limit. Pipelines, agents, or webhooks may stop running until you’re within the new limits. Nothing is deleted.

Usage

The Usage tab on the Billing page shows consumption for the current period:
  • Resource usage bars (agents, connections, active jobs, etc.) with percentage of limit used
  • During trial: Trial data used vs the 1 GB sample cap (remaining is also shown in the trial banner)
  • On a paid plan: data moved vs the monthly included GB, plus your hard-stop / overage policy
  • Historical usage for the past 1–3 months (select from the dropdown)

Usage bar colors

Overage metering

With policy overage, bytes past the included allowance are recorded in usage and sent to Lago metering for invoicing at the plan overage_per_gb_cents rate ($0.75/GB).

Enforcement

When your organization exceeds plan limits, Zwiron enforces limits by:
  • Pausing active jobs over the limit
  • Disabling scheduled runs
  • Deactivating webhooks over the limit
  • Preventing new invitations if the team member cap is exceeded
  • Stopping syncs when the data-volume included allowance is reached and policy is hard stop
A banner appears at the top of the app describing what has been affected and how to resolve it.

Payment method

To update the card on file (after you have a paid Starter plan):
  1. On the Billing page, click Update Payment Method
  2. Enter new card details in the Paddle-hosted form
Zwiron does not store card numbers. All payment data is handled by Paddle.

Invoices and transactions

The Transactions tab lists every payment made: Click Download next to any transaction to get the PDF for accounting or expense reimbursement.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day trial automatically — no credit card required.

Sample data cap (trial only)

While status is trialing, your organization may move at most 1 GB of data in total (lifetime for the trial, not monthly). Need more during evaluation? Email support@zwiron.com.

When the trial ends

When the trial expires, sync and paid features pause until you subscribe to Starter or start a Platform / Enterprise plan. There is no free forever tier. Your data is kept.

Enterprise custom raises

Enterprise includes Match, Governance, SSO, API keys, and webhooks, with a raised GB floor. Higher limits, named support, or DPAs are arranged with support@zwiron.com and applied in Control.
  • Team — manage member access (affects team member limit)
  • API Keys — manage API keys (affects API key limit)
  • SSO — single sign-on (Enterprise)
