Overview

Agents run inside your network and dial outbound only to Zwiron. Use an agent when sources or destinations are not reachable from Zwiron’s hosted workers, or when Match / Trust compute must stay on your side of the firewall. To manage agents in the product:
  1. Select Infrastructure → Agents in the application sidebar.

Agent list and detail

On Agents you can:
  • See agent online / offline status
  • Create a new agent and copy the one-time install token
  • Open an agent to see connections and Jobs that use it
On agent detail: Assign the agent on connections and Jobs (or Match projects when execution mode is Agent) so work routes correctly.
