# Team & Members

> Invite collaborators, assign roles, and manage access to your Zwiron organization and pipelines.

Every Zwiron workspace is an **organization**. You invite team members to your organization and assign them roles that control what they can see and do.

## Roles

| Role | Description |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin** | Full access — manage jobs, connections, team members, settings, and billing |
| **Member** | Can create and run jobs, manage connections, and view analytics |
| **Viewer** | Read-only — can view jobs, connections, and run history but cannot make changes |

***

## Inviting a team member

1. Go to **Settings** → **Team**
2. Click **Invite member**
3. Enter the email address and select a role
4. Click **Send invite**

The invited person receives an email with a link to join your organization. Pending invitations are listed until accepted, declined, or they expire.

***

## Invitation statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------- |
| **Pending** | Invitation sent, not yet acted upon |
| **Accepted** | Person joined the organization |
| **Declined** | Person declined the invitation |
| **Expired** | Invitation link expired (7 days) |

***

## Revoking an invitation

To cancel a pending invitation before it's accepted, click **Revoke** next to the invitation in the **Team** settings.

***

## Changing a member's role

Click the role badge next to any member's name and select a new role. The change takes effect immediately.

***

## Removing a member

Click the **···** menu next to a member and select **Remove from organization**. The member loses access immediately. Jobs and connections they created remain in the organization.

***

## SSO

If your organization uses single sign-on, members can join via your identity provider without needing an email invitation. See [SSO](/platform/sso).
