We do **not** let jobs continue and bill overage next month. * **Before start:** oversized table selections (from the connection profile) are blocked if they would exceed remaining quota. * **During sync:** bytes are claimed as data is written; the job is cancelled when the cap is hit. * **Next calendar month:** paid monthly quotas reset. Need more than the plan floor? Upgrade (Individual → Enterprise) or email [support@zwiron.com](mailto:support@zwiron.com) to raise limits. Your plan also defines resource limits (agents, connections, active jobs, concurrent jobs, webhooks, team members, API keys). *** ## Getting a plan 1. Start with the free trial (automatic on signup — **1 GB** sample cap) 2. On **Billing → Plans**, subscribe to **Individual** (Paddle checkout in the app) 3. For **Enterprise**, email [support@zwiron.com](mailto:support@zwiron.com) — we assign the floor package (or higher) from Control *** ## Changing your plan * **Individual:** self-serve checkout / billing portal for payment method and cancellation * **Enterprise / higher limits:** email [support@zwiron.com](mailto:support@zwiron.com) If limits are reduced and you currently use more than the new cap, Zwiron will pause resources that exceed the new limit. Pipelines, agents, or webhooks may stop running until you're within the new limits. Nothing is deleted. *** ## Usage The **Usage** tab on the Billing page shows consumption for the current period: * Resource usage bars (agents, connections, active jobs, etc.) with percentage of limit used * During trial: **Trial data** used vs the **1 GB** sample cap (remaining is also shown in the trial banner) * On a paid plan: data moved vs the monthly GB hard cap * Historical usage for the past 1–3 months (select from the dropdown) ### Usage bar colors | Color | Meaning | | ------ | -------------------------------------------- | | Green | Under 80% of limit | | Yellow | 80–100% of limit — approaching the cap | | Red | At or over limit — enforcement may be active | ### Overage Launch pricing uses a **hard stop** at the included GB. Soft `$1/GB` overage billing is not enabled. *** ## Enforcement When your organization exceeds plan limits, Zwiron enforces limits by: * Pausing active jobs over the limit * Disabling scheduled runs * Deactivating webhooks over the limit * Preventing new invitations if the team member cap is exceeded * Stopping syncs when the data-volume cap is reached A banner appears at the top of the app describing what has been affected and how to resolve it. *** ## Payment method To update the card on file (after you have a paid Individual plan): 1. On the Billing page, click **Update Payment Method** 2. Enter new card details in the Paddle-hosted form Zwiron does not store card numbers. All payment data is handled by Paddle. *** ## Invoices and transactions The **Transactions** tab lists every payment made: | Column | Description | | ----------- | ------------------------------ | | **Date** | When the charge occurred | | **Amount** | Total charged, with currency | | **Plan** | Which plan the payment was for | | **Invoice** | Link to download a PDF invoice | Click **Download** next to any transaction to get the PDF for accounting or expense reimbursement. *** ## Free trial New accounts receive a **14-day trial** automatically — no credit card required. ### Sample data cap (trial only) While `status` is **trialing**, your organization may move at most **1 GB** of data in total (lifetime for the trial, not monthly). | Rule | Behavior | | ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Who** | Trial accounts only. Paid plans use their monthly GB cap instead. | | **Before sync** | Zwiron estimates selected table sizes from the source **connection profile**. Oversized selections are blocked. Profile the connection first if sizes are missing. | | **During sync** | Bytes are counted as data is written. If the cap is reached mid-sync, the job is cancelled and usage already written still counts. | | **Deleting a job** | In-progress bytes are still recorded toward the trial cap. | | **UI** | Billing and the trial banner show how much of the 1 GB remains. | Need more during evaluation? Email [support@zwiron.com](mailto:support@zwiron.com). ### When the trial ends When the trial expires, sync and paid features **pause** until you subscribe to Individual or start an Enterprise plan. There is no free forever tier. Your data is kept. *** ## Enterprise custom raises The **\$999** Enterprise floor includes 500 GB, 50 connections, 50 pipelines, 25 seats, and 5 agents.
